Welcome to The Grove

The proprietors, Mark and Lynn Shannon, have created a warm, relaxing atmosphere. A friendly welcome is assured and the guests are made to feel at home with a freshly brewed pot of tea or coffee on their arrival.

The Grove is a charming, restored Victorian house situated in the quiet seaside village of Heacham, 2 miles south of Hunstanton on the West coast of Norfolk.   The House has been recently modernised but still manages to retain many original features. The rooms have been tastefully furnished with antiques and offer homely and comfortable accommodation.

Guest Rooms

All the rooms are on the first floor.  There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities.  The blue room also has the capacity for an additional bed for a child. As well as having televisions in each of the bedrooms, there is also a TV snug where guests can relax in the evenings watching TV or videos with a cup of tea or coffee.

A traditional English Breakfast is served on Indian Tree China in the dining room, providing the guests with a perfect start to a day of exploring the fascinating North and West Norfolk coastline.

For the comfort of the Guests, The Grove is a non-smoking establishment, although smokers may use the garden if they wish.  We regret that we cannot accommodate dogs.

When available there is also an additional twin ensuite room in the newly converted barn at the bottom of the garden. This is on the ground floor and would suit those who find stairs a problem.
